IDE workbench plugin for DSH

Key features

• Terminal — rendered with restty (WebGPU/WebGL2 + WASM VT, Ghostty-lineage) and backed by a Rust PTY (napi-rs + portable-pty) instead of the C++ node-pty the stock terminal uses.
• Sandbox — the iframe runs without allow-same-origin (the visited page cannot read the GUI's storage or reach its API) and without allow-top-navigation.
• Settings → Powerdesk shows a card per tab type with an enable toggle — switching a tab type off hides it from every pane's + menu and makes openTab a no-op for it (persisted in localStorage).
• Limitsupload 16 MiB, inflated archive 32 MiB, 64 files/archive, 8 MiB/file.
• Explorer — a directory tree over any local folder you bookmark (picked via a built-in folder-browser modal, not a text field).
