Key features
- Device code OAuth loginClick "Log in with OpenAI account" on the interface, follow the prompts to complete device code authorization, no API Key is required
- The device code OAuth process is directly connected to auth.openai.com, and the token is directly connected to chatgpt.com/backend-api (the same channel and authentication method as the official Codex CLI)
- Sharing the same OAuth session with Codex CLI: after either side refreshes the token, the old refresh token held by the other side may become invalid (then codex login can be performed again on the Codex CLI side)
- Access token and refresh token are only written to the DSH credential store
- Import the Codex CLI login statedirectly reuse the existing login in the local /.codex/auth.json (no need to re-authorize)
Requirements
- The current version is verified against @deepseek-ai/dsh 0.1.0-rc.6 and Node.js 22.
- DSH is still in the RC stage. If the plug-in interface is adjusted in subsequent versions, this plug-in may also need to be upgraded simultaneously.
