Requirements
- The members speak in a non-fluent manner: the member is the true subagent of their respective sub-talks, and the statement does not appear as a message until the member runs (this is an inherent constraint of DSH subagent).
- Multiwheel host loops (host.ts) are another driver to be retained in the code library without connection to the current skill process
