Key features
- The supporting front-end "Capability Menu" management tab (MCP tools / Skills two columns, categories can be clicked to cycle through) allows you to directly adjust these strategies on the settings page.
- Capability is a higher-level concept, and Tool / Skill are different types of capabilities, not "two tools"
- All capabilities (Tools and Skills) are divided into three levels based on exposure (what the model sees in the context) and execution method
- Exposed / Progressive is the embodiment of "high frequency vs low frequency".
