Key features
- httpProxy / httpsProxy (defaultHTTP_PROXY / HTTPS_PROXY env) — URL
- http/https only — file, ftp:, javascript: and friends are rejected.
- set to an empty string to disable.
- noProxy (defaultNO_PROXY env) — comma-separated bypass list (exact hosts, .suffix, .wildcard, IPv4 CIDRs, optional :port).
- No credentials ever — URLs with embedded credentials are rejected
