- Everything else (session start, per-prompt ack, spam, individual tool errors, compaction) is off by default and can be re-enabled with /peon toggle (tool errors with /peon tool-error on).

Requirements
- DeepSeek Harness (any profile — the plugin is installed as a profile bundle)
