DSH Global Rules

Key features

• A new "Global Rules" tab is added to the settings page: the current content of /.dsh/AGENTS.md is loaded when opened.
• Host (lib/index.js)Register two HTTP routes: GET /global-rules (read files) and POST /global-rules (write files, same origin verification + 256 KiB limit)
• Edit and save, take effect in real time: new session takes effect immediately
• The current session is aware of the new rules after the next file operation (completed by DSH's built-in dsh-agent-instructions dynamic detection mechanism)
• If the file does not exist, it will be automatically created when saved.
