Requirements
- The injection context (plugin source content) is not displayed independently and is incorporated into the progress bar statistics along with the system prompt words.
- /model real-time switching uses "session fork and resume chat" (DSH does not have an in-situ model change API): the history is retained as is, new sessions are routed to the new model, and old sessions remain in the /resume list
