DSH Plugin Capability Panel

Key features

• A DeepSeek Harness (DSH) pluginThe full capability of the Visualisation Management Project - Skills, MCP Servers, Shortcuts in WebGUI - supports both project level / global domain and all complete installation, start-up and distribution without leaving the browser.
• Add a "Capacity Panel" entry to the bottom of the sidebar (near Settings) and click the emitter anchor.
• The global sector does not activate or call direction switches - global skills are always available (all items are visible, agent can be called directly), and panels are provided in the global area for "import to this project" disable/ restore', export and delete (see next section).
• The Skills field of the panel is divided into two "Project / Global" sectors (top-to-top switching), each setting only lists the true files of that domain - project area = .AGents/skills, etc., global area = / .AGants/skills, etc.
• The panel tops switch between the three domains / Skills / MCP, and separates each domain internally by two sectors - the project area lists only the entries in the project configuration, the global area contains only a global configuration and both support keyword search.
