Archived Sessions panel plugin

Key features

• A new "Archived" entry has been added to the sidebar settings area (mounted to settings.section slot).
• Follow DSH language settingsThe sidebar entrance and panel copy are both connected to DSH's i18n system (dsh-client-locale). Chinese is displayed in Chinese mode and English is displayed in English mode. The language switching takes effect in real time without refreshing.
• Lists archived conversations grouped by project, supports searching, sorting by update time/alphabet, and filtering by project.
• UnarchiveComplete the missing unarchive capability of DSH WorkspaceRegistry.
• It takes the exact same persistence path as archiveSession
