Key features
- Pure browser solutionthe sound effect is synthesized by Web Audio, the pop-up window is a toast within the page, and the system notification (Web Notification API) is used when the page is in the background - zero system dependencies, zero audio files, universal for Windows / macOS / Linux

- Does not rely on any system notification command (no osascript/notify-send/PowerShell). Notification permission is browser site-level authorization, which can be authorized only once

Requirements
- The tab must be open (browser restriction)
- System notifications cannot be received even after the tab is closed.
