- MCP real-time start and stopdeactivate → loader entry uninstall (disconnect + log out all mcp__ __ tools), the tools will disappear from the model directory immediately, and the schema token will be released immediately
- Tool-level disabling (v0.5.3+, always open): In addition to the above server-level filtering, disabled individual tools are removed from the assembly results, mcp_search retrieval results are filtered, mcp_call is directly rejected and prompts "Please open the tool in the MCP management panel before calling"
- Effective immediately (default)The switch will take effect in the next round of dialogue. Starting from this round, the tool prefix change → prefix KV-Cache is 100% invalid. This round is billed at the miss rate (approximately 5 to 12.5 times the hit).
- Therefore, toggle only writes the plug-in status file, and then materializes the intention into the default file when the plug-in apply (early startup, standing is not mounted).

Requirements
- Start and stop act on the preset layer: a server/skill switch affects all sessions under the preset.
- SKILL.md without frontmatter cannot be switched (the provider itself ignores such files).
