- Automatic migration of Codex skins: Automatically scan the community skins (pet.json + spritesheet.webp) in CODEX_HOME (and the Codex path under LOCALAPPDATA/APPDATA) and copy them to the DSH home directory without manual operation.
- Frame-by-frame animationFull support for Codex sprite sheet animation tracks - standby, walk, wave, jump, fail, wait, run, review, gaze follow, and two-way gaze for v2 skins.
- State-driven behaviorAutomatically switch animations and bubbles based on the current conversation stage—Think, Using Tools, Waiting for Approval, Error, Done, Sleep (snooze after 90 seconds of inactivity).

Requirements
- Windows (skin migration currently uses node:fs direct scanning, which is universal across platforms
