Key features

• A temporary app-server process is started for each directory reading or model call.
• The model is called to the current DSH Session work directory, creating an original Codex path that injects a lasting user/assistant history and then executes an original Codex turn.
• Plugin waiting to convert only final answer to one DSH text block
• The completion, failure or cancellation will terminate and wait for the whole subprocess tree to exit.
