Requirements
- Battery/device probing is per-platform and injectable — each platform's parser is pure and unit-tested, but the subprocess backends (pmset/sysctl on macOS, PowerShell CIM on Windows) run outside any mounted sandbox executor, with the same read-only, short-timeout discipline as the --version probes
- Windows reporting depends on PowerShell being installed and CIM being available.
