Commencing crash restoration (v0.0.16, 2026-09-01): ctx.agents are inert injection services and direct access to the plugin when context is inactive/service is not ready triggers a cordis interceptive contact guard to load the plug-in tree with a fallal crash cycle (DSH 0.1.2-alpha.3 upgrade empirical evidence).
