Key features

• Sidebar wallet button + balance popover (with rail/wide sidebar states)
• API keys are never stored by this plugin — they stay in the harness Settings under the DEEPSEEK_API_KEY credential.
• Host half (src/index.ts, src/balance.ts): registers the deepseek_balance tool, which reads the account credential via the harness credentials service and calls the DeepSeek balance API.
