Key features

• Set-up SkillsList all user skills (including source catalogues: project/DSH-Home/user directory)
• GET /api/skill-manager/trash ⁇ List of deletions from the current session that can be withdrawn
• Search by name/ description to show skill sizes and number of files, user-invocable /disable-model-invocation tags
• Reproduction of skill paths, removal of user skills (under known user skills only, path escape-proof)
