DSH durable MCP server manager plugin

Key features

• Server listList all configured MCP servers (@deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client instances) - serverName, transmission method (stdio/streamable-http), URL/command, enabled status, loader real-time loading phase, number of registered tools
• stdio fill in command / args / env), select the level (project level / global).
• Register 4 model tools (ctx.tools.register(defineTool(...))) and precise routing POST /dsh-mcp-manager/api (ctx.effect scoped cleanup)
• Add/DeleteForm adds MCP server (supports env/headers/args), with format and duplicate name verification
• Enable / disableswitch at any time, the tool will be hot connected / hot disconnected
