• SkillsDisplay all skills grouped by scope (project level/custom/user level/built-in/runtime), supporting search and filtering
• All routes pass the browser trust fence (loopback/webRuntime.trustedHosts)
• The description / whenToUse / metadata / calling permission and text of the skill can be edited, and will take effect after being saved and hot refreshed by filesystem watcher.
• RulesDisplay global rules (/.dsh/AGENTS.md) and project chain rules (AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md / .local coverage from the project root to the current directory), support new creation (global / project root / current directory) and entire file editing, and the new session will take effect after saving.
