- 浏览器通知标准 Notification API，Chrome/Edge 下即为 Windows 右下角弹窗，点击通知自动聚焦页面并打开对应会话。
- Windows 10/11系统弹窗通道可用（依赖 powershell.exe，无需模块）。
- 本仓库已移除 "private"true 并填好 repository 字段，可直接发布
- 通知被浏览器拦截设置行会显示红色提示
- Windows 系统通知宿主端通过 PowerShell + Windows.UI.Notifications 弹出原生 toast（使用 powershell.exe 的 AppUserModelID），无需安装任何额外模块
